Position: Performance Media Manager
Location: Remote OK (Required to work hybrid if living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX)
Must work PST, CST or MT time zones
Comp: Up to $85k DOE
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Performance Media Manager who has a passion for all things digital with respect to the mortgage industry. The Performance Media Manager should encompass a knack for attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and solid communication and organization skills. This role necessitates profound expertise in the mortgage industry and the real estate sector. A comprehensive understanding of the mortgage market is imperative for success in this role, coupled with strategic insights into marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing overall performance.
We are seeking a skilled Performance Media Manager with demonstrated proficient in strategizing, launching, optimizing, overseeing, and scaling search-based campaigns and platforms. The role demands in-depth expertise in performance marketing across the entire customer journey, encompassing both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel initiatives. Candidates should possess strong analytics acumen and project management capabilities to ideate and execute innovative digital strategies. Essential qualifications include a proven track record of implementing and managing effective digital programs within dynamic and high-paced settings.
The Performance Media Manager’s main role is to execute the full cycle of digital marketing projects from digital "builds" through full-cycle online marketing programs. A strong understanding of digital project management (including information architecture, functional and technical specification requirements for websites, mobile applications, display ads, video ads, landing pages and email marketing) is essential.
