Autenti is hiring a RevOps Specialist to support its fast-growing sales organization. The role involves providing comprehensive sales operational support, acting as a catalyst in becoming more data-driven and adopting a digital-first approach in our go-to-market strategy, optimizing processes, and collaborating with sales to drive growth and scalability. What will be your responsibilities? 

  • Assume responsibility for providing extensive support in sales operations, encompassing the management of territories, workforce, quotas, accounts, opportunities, and rules of engagement.
  • Collaborate in the forecasting process and formulate business models to enhance predictability and drive the success of the business.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and address challenges within sales processes, implementing effective solutions to streamline operations and enhance predictability.
  • Collaborate with finance on various processes and projects including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of crucial metrics, pipeline trends, account segmentation, and sales activity to derive insights for strategic decision-making and optimize sales endeavors.
  • Recognize opportunities for process optimization, redesign, and the establishment of new procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to analyze and refine segmentation, organizational structure, and go-to-market planning.
  • Strategically align the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide revenue-generating activities across the entire customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to policies, sales processes, and requirements.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a data-driven mindset to effectively organize and scale the sales organization.
  • Proven ability to independently and proactively solve problems, presenting strategies and plans to address gaps and risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights, recommendations, and policies to sales leadership and representatives.
  • Experience working with HubSpot in a power user capacity.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably in technology companies.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment where communication is conducted in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on business, finance, economics, or engineering considered a plus.
