We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to be part of our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department!

The Team:

The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way. The team consists of roles that contribute to a whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts.

The Program Management function within Revenue Operations acts as a strategic partner to revenue stakeholders. Program Managers lead cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring collaboration, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Program Management, the Senior Program Manager is a transformational leader and creative problem solver with a passion for tackling tough, cross functional opportunities. They are responsible for stewarding strategic transformation initiatives, by providing leadership and program frameworks for operational excellence efforts, accountability across teams, and securing the proper resources/expertise needed for success.  They will also oversee some of the most important Jobber programs with 3 to 18 month horizons.

The Senior Program Manager will: 

  • Represent the program management craft at Jobber, defining best practices and driving standardization for transformational change.
  • Drive multiple cross-functional programs with deliverables across strategy, technical, and customer facing functions.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to align sprints and roadmaps, and connect various programs to create a cohesive strategy.
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps, from planning through to production readiness and launch.
  • Work with leaders to drive strategic business outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for execution and progress monitoring.
  • Quickly identify critical issues and dependencies, drive them to closure, and communicate results effectively.
  • Build trust across teams, generate broad support for projects/programs, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Rapidly navigate new program areas, dive deep into subject areas and bring information back to the right level of granularity.
  • Ability to drive domain specific discussions, leading experts in the field through active problem solving.
  • Break down complex initiatives into actionable, clearly defined components with individual ownership and accountability.
  • Build and manage relationships across the organization to identify resourcing needs and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Identifies risks and issues and presents recommended response plans to stakeholders.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Demonstrated years of program management experience, including planning and leading medium to large-sized programs.
  • Proven ability to influence at the VP/C level within a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies or experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technology programs.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams and deliver the best outcome of programs.
  • Experience in leading multiple cross-functional programs in parallel and prioritizing across areas. 
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present program performance to VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, using data to drive business insights and decisions.
  • Preferred experience working in Jira and Confluence.

Compensation:

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,000, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum salary of $163,600, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
