Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES


What can you expect?


Your primary role will include assisting with brainstorming and developing comprehensive proposals and strategies for the entertainment clients, including movies, TV and streaming and other brand campaigns.β€―Β 

  • Co-lead on a variety of client-facing social media audits, reports, and strategy documentsβ€―Β 
  • Review and feedback on the work of junior team members Β 
  • Generate tactical and strategic recommendations for our clients’ social accountsβ€―Β 
  • Research industry trends and have a point of view on best practices by platformβ€―Β 
  • Analyse performance data from social media networks and pull out the most valuable insightsΒ 
  • Create visually appealing and cohesively designed presentations for clientsβ€―Β 
  • Serve as a team leader with a strong focus on process improvements and team developmentΒ 
  • Training new team members across our tasksΒ 
  • Become an expert on each of our clients’ unique needs and prioritiesβ€―Β 


QUALIFICATIONS


What's important for us:

  • Previous experience working on social media for major brandsΒ 
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and their most current tools and featuresβ€―Β 
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointβ€―Β 
  • Strong ability to pro-actively generate new ideasβ€―Β 
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify most valuable insightsβ€―β€―Β 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skillsβ€―Β 
  • Strong visual communication and design skillsΒ 
  • Meticulous attention to detail Β 
  • High work-ethic and self-motivation

Nice to have:

  • Project and/or people management experience Β 
  • Client communication experience – focused on parsing client feedback and solving problems
  • Experience with collaborative tools for managing workflows and processes, such as Monday, Trello, and Airtable Β 
  • Experience with third party social media analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and ListenFirstΒ

SALARY


Β£31,000 - Β£35,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS


First, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting Robyn, our Social Media Strategy Manager, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. After the initial interview, you may be sent a short task to complete (if you’re open to it).


You may then be asked to have a final interview, where you will meet Duncan, our Chief Content Officer (30 minutes, MS Teams).
