Reporting to the Director, B2B, Channel and Membership Marketing, the key area of responsibility for this role is to manage the progression of candidates from the handoff from Product Marketing, nurturing them through their journey to the first destination in their ISC2 journey through to ISC2 membership. Through mapping customer journeys and identifying key milestones and blockers to progression, this role will implement necessary organizational wide interventions to build the professionals’ confidence, allowing them to progress through their journey quicker and increasing professionals taking and passing exams and ultimately becoming members.
