System Operations Executive (m/w/d)

We trust you in these areas:

• Property Management Systems - You are the primary point of contact between the hotels and the PMS vendors, supporting in the creation and follow up of service requests for technical issues
• Problem solving - You work with the hotels and our IT department as the primary person to resolve issues with the hotel operations systems, such as the Property Management System, Point of Sale system, Payment Systems, Keycard systems and more
• Projects – You will assist your manager in the delivery of critical projects such as new systems, system implementation for new hotel openings, new features and digital applications for the hotel operations
• Database Control – You will maintain the system databases including employee onboarding and offboarding, system configuration and creation of reports

These are your talents:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with both software and hardware products
• Navigates hotel management systems like Opera, Protel, Mews, Opera Cloud, and Micros Simphony, including connected systems and servers
• Troubleshoots and fixes issues in hotel operations systems
• Effective communication in both plain English and German, facilitating smooth collaboration with vendors and colleagues
