Overview

BM TRADA is looking for an administrator to fulfil the role of a Training Administrator. This exciting opportunity is for a remote / work from home position and sits within our training division.  We deliver a programme of specialist passive fire training to our customers. Come and join a leading provider in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector, Making Tomorrow Safer Than Today....

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our live training events – both in person and online
  • Coordination of pre and post training documentation including quotes and follow ups through our CRM system, supporting the booking of dates, certificates creation and distribution of training materials
  • Engaging with our customers at each stage of the training process and supporting clients
  • Monitoring training events attendance and any incoming questions from customers to support the trainer throughout all live training events
  • Telephone support for our customers
  • Coordination and exam support
  • Representation of the company at training and events, where required

Skills / Qualifications

  • Good Mathematics and written English
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise when needed
  • Good customer care skills
  • Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
  • Good IT Skills (MS Office and working with databases)
  • Ideally experienced from a training or administration background
  • Ability to work remotely from home with flexibility with start & finish times for training events
  • Attend live in person training events, as required
