The Virtual Training Officer is primarily responsible for supporting all training and technical assistance activities associated with CWS’ Virtual Reception and Placement (R&P) program to ensure excellence in service delivery and compliance with federal regulations. Key responsibilities include the creation of training plans for virtual R&P staff, the creation of a Cultural Orientation (CO) curriculum for virtual clients and regular assessment of staff and clients’ training needs. Activities include but are not limited to facilitation of webinars, communities of practice sessions, conferences, and workshops, and creation and management of guidance documents and content within CWS’ internal Learning Management System (LMS).
