Job Overview

We are seeking a Workday Support Lead for a senior remote position based in Pune. The successful candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This role requires expertise in Workday configuration and recruitment, along with excellent problem-solving and customer support skills. As a Workday Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Workday platform to ensure optimal functionality and end-user satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum limit of 10 years.
  • Expertise in Workday configuration (Mandatory skill).
  • Previous experience in recruitment processes and strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer support to address and resolve user inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee implementations and upgrades effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities to identify and rectify system issues promptly.
  • Analytical thinking to evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Adept at team leadership, guiding and mentoring team members for optimal performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Workday platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to users, ensuring seamless Workday operation.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align Workday functionalities with business objectives.
  • Analyze system performance and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Workday usage and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any system issues or bugs in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and industry best practices to continually enhance service delivery.
