Analyst / Business Assistant

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst / Business Assistant who will support executive decision-making through modeling, data control, and operational coordination. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic decisions. Assist with procurement and logistics of mining equipment (selection, delivery coordination, cost tracking).

Monitor and analyze key product metrics:

– NFT pricing – automatic shutdown system – “miner in installments” product

• Develop and update profitability and cost-efficiency models for hosting services.
• Maintain several operational spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring daily updates and 100% data accuracy.
• Prepare short reports, insights, and options for decision-making.
• Work closely with executive leadership to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.
• Strong technical or mathematical education (preferred universities: MSU Mechanics & Math, MSU Physics, MIPT, MEPhI, HSE, NES).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to build clear, scalable models.
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, cross-sheet dependencies, scenario modeling).

English C1+ — ability to communicate in an international environment. High attention to detail, strong discipline, and ability to manage several parallel workstreams.
