Responsibilities Represent clients — and the firm — in civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle internal lawsuits and firm-related legal disputes with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Draft and argue motions, discovery, pleadings, and other key litigation documents. Manage collection cases, including demand letters, post-judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. Conduct hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence and skill. Provide legal advice and risk management guidance to internal teams and leadership. Negotiate settlements and resolutions to achieve favorable outcomes.
