    Job Description

    Gérer les relations avec les revendeurs commerciaux de niveau 2 assignés. Déployer le programme Amplify et les initiatives GBU. Collaborer avec les PBM des pays pour communiquer les objectifs de compte, les plans, les thèmes clés, partager les analyses commerciales et consolider les plans d'affaires communs. Déplacements fréquents pour rencontrer les partenaires. Manage relationships with assigned Commercial Tier-2 resellers. Drive Amplify program and GBU initiatives. Engage with country PBMs to communicate account goals, plans, key themes, share business analysis, and aggregate Joint Business Plans from their inputs. Consistent travel to meet partners Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la distribution indirecte ou poste similaire. Expérience avérée dans la gestion de relations stratégiques et la stimulation de la croissance commerciale. Connaissance en gestion des stocks, traitement des commandes, engagement des revendeurs et logistique. Solide compréhension des tendances du marché et capacité à transformer les analyses en opportunités commerciales. Exploite une connaissance approfondie des partenaires pour développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente axées sur la croissance. Maîtrise des indicateurs de performance pour évaluer l'efficacité des partenaires et orienter les stratégies de développement. Excellentes compétences en communication à un niveau de leadership pour présenter des propositions de valeur adaptées et instaurer la confiance. Orientation client et solides aptitudes à la création de relations. Maîtrise des données et capacité à utiliser des analyses basées sur les données. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en planification stratégique. Capacité à naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes. Adaptabilité aux nouvelles capacités commerciales et aux tendances émergentes (ex. plateformes, marketplaces). Nouvelles technologies et IA : curiosité et confiance démontrées dans l'adoption des outils et technologies émergents, notamment l'IA, pour améliorer la performance commerciale, l'engagement client et la productivité. Capacité à apprendre rapidement, à s'adapter et à appliquer des solutions digitales dans les workflows quotidiens, et à utiliser les insights IA pour des décisions plus intelligentes et des interactions client personnalisées. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role. Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth. Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. Leverages in-depth partner knowledge to develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies. Skilled in leveraging performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness and guide business development strategies. Leadership-level communication expertise to deliver tailored value proposition and gain trust. Customer-focused thinking and strong relationship-building skills. Data literacy and ability to leverage data-driven insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. “platform” / marketplace ). New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.
