Field Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and B2B field marketing or demand generation, with a strong emphasis on planning and managing events and executing ABM campaigns. Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with Sales and Channel Partner teams on joint initiatives, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and ideally ABM-specific tools. Writing & Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling and clear email copy for pre- and post-event communications, invitations, and follow-ups. Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize event strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region for events and meetings as required (approx. 25-30%). The salary range for this role is 95,000 - 119,000 + equity + benefits.
