Curious about marketing and AI Willing to learn fast and try new things Strong in communication and writing Active on LinkedIn or interested in creating content Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving Ready to make mistakes, learn, and improve quickly 🧠 Must Know

You don’t need to be an expert, but you must have a solid foundation in:

SEO basics: understanding keywords, meta tags, and how search visibility works Design tools: advanced Canva + basic Figma (or similar design tools like Adobe XD) Video editing: ability to create short-form videos (adding captions, transitions, background music) using any tool of your choice Attention to detail: ability to turn research or competitor analysis into clear, structured formats (like tables or frameworks) instead of filler content 🔍 Good Indicators (You should have at least 3) Experience working at an agency Created storytelling-based content (10k+ views on social media posts/videos) Has a Behance profile or design portfolio Worked in a marketing team at a SaaS company or startup Experience in influencer marketing or management Hands-on with on-page or off-page SEO Written copy for social media, landing pages, or email campaigns Strong understanding of Reddit or Quora, with an active account Experience in cold outreach or collaborations 💼 What You’ll Work On

Once selected, you’ll work across multiple marketing functions, such as:
