    Job Description

    Description The Alinea Group seeks a Guest Relations Associate. The ideal candidate has extraordinary attention to detail, communicates effectively in writing, and enjoys being part of a collaborative remote work environment. Responsibilities Data entry Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers while responding promptly to their email inquires. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary in either lead or support roles as assigned daily.

    Supporting the restaurants by:

    • Preparing reservation by compiling detailed notes on dietary restrictions, celebrations, mobility restrictions, VIP status, and special requests.
    • Ensuring all reservation details have been reviewed for accuracy.
    • Creating and sending daily and weekly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
    • Communicating directly with Managers, Chefs, and Ownership regarding food allergies, special requests, guest feedback, and press inquires.
    • Reaching out to the waitlists to assist with bookings including large parties.
    • Assisting guests with using Tock (reservation platform) by making bookings, adding supplements or beverage pairings, rescheduling bookings, cancel and refunding bookings.

    Support the Event’s Manager by:

    Distributing BEO’s and Guest lists Communicating dietary needs of guests to the kitchen Preparing reservations

    Running other daily Guest Relations reports and tasks including:

    Tonight and Tomorrow Chef Reports Multiple Visit/ Cross Venue Reports

    • T-shirt Order Reports which include creating shipping labels and communicating with the Facilities Department.

    Critic Check

    • Other resorts that may be created depending on the companies needs.
    • Assist guests with the purchase and redemption of gift cards on Customer Connection platform.
    • Answer emails, track packages, issue replacements refunds, and other tasks for the Aviary Book website.

    Requirements

    • Outstanding written communication abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Works well on both a team and independently Familiarity with hospitality industry standards Anticipate restaurant team and guest needs Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-changing environment Schedule Wednesday - Sunday (off Mondays & Tuesdays) Full-Time Hours Remote Job (ability to work in our business office if preferred)
