In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our marketing function from the ground up. You’ll own our growth strategy, lead acquisition and conversion efforts across multiple digital channels, and ensure our marketing investments translate directly into measurable business outcomes.
Growth & Acquisition
Conversion Optimization Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales to optimize user journeys. Leverage marketing automation, CRM tools, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention. 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or other subscription-based models. Proven success scaling digital acquisition channels with measurable ROI. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging paid platforms. Strong analytical background — proficiency with data visualization, A/B testing, and performance dashboards. Deep understanding of attribution modeling, funnel tracking, and cohort analysis. Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Data-driven decision-maker with strong business acumen — understands ROI, margin, and payback period.
