    Title: Human Resource Manager Reports to: Director of HR Location: Pakistan, Remote Job Salary: $600-800/month, Full-time

    Role Description As our HR Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our employees. You'll lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, manage onboarding to set new hires up for success, and implement retention strategies that keep our team engaged. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management with professionalism and care. Keeping us compliant with employment laws and best practices will be key, along with developing policies that align with our culture and business goals. You’ll also spearhead employee engagement initiatives, from training and career development programs to company events and recognition efforts, fostering a workplace where people love to work and grow. Key Responsibilities

    • HR Systems Implementation & Optimization
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rippling HRIS, including payroll, time-off, onboarding, performance, and applicant tracking modules.
    • Configure workflows, data integrations, and employee profiles to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
    • Partner with Finance and Operations to align payroll, PTO, and compliance within Rippling.
    • Train managers and employees on Rippling functionality and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
    • Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
    • Manage all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and data maintenance.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all employee files (U.S. and Pakistan).
    • Administer benefits, PTO, and leave programs (including Illinois Paid Leave and Mini-COBRA compliance).
    • Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, handbooks, and employee communications.
    • Recruiting & Onboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers to recruit top talent across project management, procurement, and field operations.
    • Oversee job postings and applicant flow in Rippling, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding through structured checklists, training plans, and systems setup.
    • Performance & Development
    • Support the rollout of company-wide performance reviews and KPI tracking frameworks.
    • Build and maintain performance data in Rippling to support merit increases and development planning.
    • Coach managers on feedback delivery, goal-setting, and performance management best practices.
    • Compliance & Employee Relations
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, safety programs, and workers’ compensation.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
    • Culture & Engagement
    • Help design and launch engagement initiatives that strengthen communication, recognition, and team cohesion.
    • Promote Get Flooring’s values and growth-oriented culture across all locations and teams.

    Qualifications

    4-7 years of experience in HR, compliance, or benefits administration. Good understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws in and regulations in Illinois & Pakistan. Basic knowledge of HR and Organizational policies, procedures, and processes. Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements Must have the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms. Must be able to lift and carry office supplies, files, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
