    We are seeking an experienced Influencer Outreach Coordinator to manage and execute creator outreach across multiple e-commerce brands for our client!

    This person will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and coordinating with influencers and content creators through platforms such as Upfluence, EUKA, and Influencer Hero. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large-scale creator programs, tracking deliverables, coordinating sample shipments, ensuring content delivery, and supporting paid collaborations and whitelisting.

    They will follow established SOPs closely while maintaining clear communication with creators and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source and curate lists of creators and influencers who align with brand aesthetics and audience targets.
    • Use tools such as Upfluence, EUKA, and Influencer Hero to identify and manage creator outreach campaigns.
    • Execute outreach campaigns using automated tools and personalized follow-ups.
    • Coordinate the sending of product samples and ensure timely delivery.
    • Track all communication, deliveries, and content deadlines within internal systems.
    • Manage the receipt and organization of influencer content, ensuring it meets brief requirements.
    • Follow up with creators to confirm deliverables are received and posted.
    • Facilitate whitelisting and branded content access with creators and agencies.
    • Maintain accurate campaign reporting, status updates, and creator performance data.
    • Collaborate with the influencer program manager for approvals, support, and strategic alignment.

    Follow detailed SOPs to ensure a consistent and efficient outreach process across brands. 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or creator outreach within e-commerce or digital marketing. Proficient with outreach and CRM platforms such as Upfluence, EUKA, or Influencer Hero. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of influencer relationships simultaneously. Strong understanding of creator collaborations, gifting programs, and paid partnerships. Experience coordinating product seeding and tracking content deliveries. Familiarity with whitelisting, branded content, and collab post workflows. Highly attentive to detail, organized, and process-driven. Strong written communication skills for creator correspondence and follow-ups. Comfortable working across multiple brands and managing simultaneous outreach pipelines. Ideal Candidate You have managed influencer programs with 100+ creators at once or across multiple campaigns. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping multiple projects organized without oversight. You thrive in a structured environment where precision and process are key to success. You are comfortable working with automated outreach systems and tracking tools.
