As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of Financeit’s merchant network, connecting with business owners, finance managers, and sales teams across Canada who use our platform to turn big purchases into easy monthly payments. You’ll reignite relationships with inactive merchants, coach active ones to level up their sales, and help them make financing a seamless part of their customer experience. In this bilingual role, you’ll communicate with merchants in both English and French, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, professional, and engaging. If you love the thrill of a great conversation, the satisfaction of solving a problem, and the buzz of hitting your goals, this role is for you. You’re organized, curious, and driven, the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in turning “maybe later” into “let’s do this.”
1+ years of hands-on experience in direct sales, account management, or B2B customer success.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you know how to engage business owners and sales teams effectively. You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, able to build rapport and handle various client needs effectively. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
