    Job Description

    We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Intake Receptionist to support our team in managing real estate and commission-based transactions. This role is essential in ensuring clients are properly guided, connected to the right lawyer, and supported throughout the entire process. If you’re organized, people-oriented, and able to keep operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance Intake new client inquiries and assign them to the appropriate lawyer (supporting a team of 3 lawyers) Conduct follow-ups to ensure transactions and communications are progressing smoothly Assist in coordinating real estate and commission transaction workflows Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless client service Use Google Workspace for documentation, communications, and task management Utilize RingCentral (softphone) for call handling and client coordination Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in real estate, legal intake, or administrative roles is a plus Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries at once Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) Comfortable using RingCentral or similar softphone systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
