What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Explore customer data to understand how behaviors translate into meaningful insights.
• Translate business briefs into clear, logical rules for campaign targeting and decisioning.
• Support the setup, testing, and validation of CRM campaigns to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, marketers, and decisioning experts to deliver impactful customer experiences.
• Document processes and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Your Superpowers 🚀

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or another analytical field.
• Analytical mindset — you love solving problems with structure and logic.
• Attention to detail — you care about accuracy and data integrity.

Curiosity — you want to understand how data flows and decisions are made. Comfort with digital tools and the ability to learn new platforms fast. Familiarity (even academic) with SQL, Excel, or Power BI; knowledge of Python is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and business teams. Eagerness to grow into CRM, marketing automation, or customer decisioning platforms such as Pega, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics.
