We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients—scoping, designing, and overseeing the delivery of data-driven initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to architect scalable processes, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact across marketing and revenue operations. Strategy & Analysis
Serve as Delivery Manager, leading end-to-end project execution and delivery. Oversee cross-functional teams (including technical PMs and builders) to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Mentor and coach team members to enhance their marketing and data capabilities. Stay current with emerging MarTech, analytics, and RevOps trends; advocate for adoption of new tools and best practices. Identify ongoing process improvements and opportunities for operational excellence within projects and across RevOpsforce.
10+ years of Marketing Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
