Learn more about our journey and mission on our About Us page! About The Role We're hiring a Senior Account Executive who knows the payments industry inside out and has the network to prove it. You're someone who closes complex enterprise deals, thrives with full autonomy, and sees a 12-month runway not as pressure, but as clarity. You will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our One-Off and Subscription-based payment solutions—spanning credit/debit card processing, eWallets, and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)—while positioning our platform as a trusted partner for merchants worldwide. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate value, and close complex deals will be essential in accelerating our commercial success. Your MissionPipeline Generation & Ownership Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise e-commerce, retail, and fintech segments. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure. Leverage your existing professional network to build an immediate pipeline and accelerate deal velocity. Strategic Account Development Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve (and exceed) quarterly and annual revenue targets. Position our payments orchestration platform as a critical business enabler for complex, global payment challenges. Become a subject matter expert who can articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders. Market Pressure & Growth Create positive organizational pressure by bringing in diverse clients with varying needs and demands. Help elevate the entire team's performance by setting the standard for what great execution looks like. Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continuous improvement. Revenue Accountability Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in our CRM. Meet quarterly bonus thresholds and capitalize on uncapped commission potential. Take ownership of your results as your success is directly tied to your compensation. Must Have 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with a non-negotiable background in the payments industry (payment gateways, processors, acquiring, fraud prevention, or payment orchestration). An existing, verifiable professional network with potential prospects and decision-makers in e-commerce, retail, or fintech sectors — this is critical. Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas and closing complex, long-cycle enterprise deals. Remote work proficiency: Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment with exceptional time management and self-discipline Entrepreneurial mindset: You're a self-starter who thrives on execution, adapts quickly, and doesn't need hand-holding. Technical acumen: Experience selling complex, API-driven software solutions.
