Our client is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist/Strategist to own strategy and execution across ~5 e-commerce client accounts. This person will lead brand messaging, campaign planning, email/SMS strategy, and oversee the creative direction provided to designers and copywriters (will have access to project manager to make things move through well). They must be highly organized, proactive, and able to ensure every client’s retention ecosystem is healthy, consistent, and growing.

3–5+ years in email & SMS strategy, specifically for e-commerce brands. Proven Klaviyo expert—technical, strategic, and creative.
