Senior Employment Law Attorney

A well-established legal group is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with extensive experience defending public K-12 and higher education institutions in employment-related litigation. This is a high-level role for a seasoned litigator with strong trial experience, deep knowledge of employment law in the public education sector, and the ability to manage complex cases from start to finish.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of employment law experience, ideally within public sector litigation Demonstrated trial experience defending public school districts or education entities Extensive background in litigation, including depositions, motions, hearings, and trial prep Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills Familiarity with the legal landscape governing California public agencies and education employers

📍 Work Environment:

90% remote (California-based attorneys preferred) Occasional in-person work required at one of 10 office locations (El Segundo, Fresno, Oakland, Ontario, Orange, Redding, Sacramento, San Diego, San Jose, Westlake Village)
