Role Introduction Ushur is seeking a Senior Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our sales organization’s effectiveness. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to develop a comprehensive training and development program, including onboarding, ongoing training, and sales manager training. You’ll assist in creating dynamic sales playbooks, developing compelling sales content, and managing our sales enablement content repository. For remote positions, Ushur’s U.S. hiring is open to candidates who are residents of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MA, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, NY. Candidates who reside within 25 miles of our HQ in Santa Clara, CA office will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days. What You'll Do Collaborate with Sales leaders, Marketing and Post Sales leaders to develop a comprehensive sales onboarding and enablement program Create sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and materials Manage the sales enablement content repository Train the sales organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials Strengthen customer reference program and user community engagement Design cross-solution templates for standardized presentations Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices Manage relationships with Sales Enablement platform vendors Identify Sales Enablement KPIs and creating reporting dashboards Assist in coordinating the Annual Revenue Kick off event including planning logistics and sales content What You Bring Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Enablement in a SaaS company Healthcare and Financial Services Industry experience is a bonus Proficiency in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation Knowledge of Sales Methodologies and/or Solution Selling Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Asana, Articulate360 Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally Creative and strategic problem-solving skills Experience with building Sales Boot camp The pay range for this position is $105,000- $115,000 plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
