Talent Sourcing Specialist - 6 Months Contract

Collaborate with the Recruiting and Sourcing Leads to design and implement the sourcing strategy for your designated area. Partner closely with the Recruitment team to deliver a strong pipeline of candidates that meets business needs, while supporting the development of future talent pipelines for ongoing demand. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your area, working alongside the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure the appropriate channels and tools are in place to meet business requirements. Proactively source and present pre-qualified talent, maintaining accountability for achieving results in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by building and maintaining meaningful relationships with sourced candidates. Produce and deliver reports, business updates, and stakeholder insights in line with defined governance frameworks, providing data-driven recommendations. Actively contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and wider initiatives in close collaboration with the Europe Sourcing team. Coach and develop team members to enhance sourcing capability and performance. Demonstrate expertise in sourcing methodologies, including advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.), with proven experience in building robust talent pipelines through social and alternative sourcing channels. An effective and persuasive communicator, confident in advising senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices. Able to provide external market intelligence to recruiters and key stakeholders. Experience in sourcing for both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche, targeted roles using a variety of sourcing strategies. A collaborative team player who promotes inclusion, embraces continuous improvement, and leads by example. Proven track record of successfully recruiting direct candidates from diverse sources. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to extract and interpret data from ATS, CRM, and other systems to present data-driven insights and influence decision-making. Demonstrates a growth mindset and a proactive commitment to continuous learning.
