    About the role:

    Mission Lane is looking for a mission-driven Technical Sourcer to help us build a world-class team! Are you a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter who is passionate about finding top talent and building a diverse, impactful team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional candidates who are excited to join us on this journey.

    What you'll do:

    • Strategically partner with our TA team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
    • Proactively identify and engage a diverse range of top-tier candidates for our Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, and other GTM (Go-to-Market) and Corporate roles.
    • Build and maintain robust, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
    • Become a subject matter expert on the talent market, staying on top of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights.
    • Leverage and master our tech stack, including Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to maximize your efficiency and reach.
    • Innovate and experiment with new tools and techniques, including AI-powered sourcing tools, to find and attract the best talent.
    • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive a data-driven approach to your work and continuously improve our processes.
    • Create a positive and memorable candidate experience from the very first outreach.

    What you'll need to be successful:

    2y+ proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, with a strong track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of technical and corporate roles.

    • A deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to speak credibly with engineers, data scientists, analysts and other technical professionals.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
    • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for finding and connecting with great people.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem or similar tooling.
    • Preference for candidates with in-house experience.

    Compensation

    Annual full-time base salary range: $80,000 - 125,000

    Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role. Mission Lane also offers a comprehensive benefits plan, which includes unlimited paid time off, 401(k) match, a monthly wellness stipend, health/ dental/ vision insurance options, disability coverage, paid parental leave, flexible spending account (for childcare and healthcare), life insurance, and a remote-friendly work environment.
