Position Description: University of Louisville’s Office of Transfer and Adult Services is seeking a motivated part-time temporary Academic Evaluator Specialist I to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the KCTCS Pathways project. Ideal candidate will oversee the tracking and facilitation of existing KCTCS Pathways and serve as academic lead on creation of new pathways. This position will also serve as liaison between Kentucky and Community Technical College and UofL’s curriculum management stakeholders to ensure pathways are updated on a routine basis. Position will be fully remote with occasional on-site meetings. Ideal candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Belknap Campus in Louisville Kentucky. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain routine updates of KCTCS Pathways documents to include creating a process to track and implement yearly updates to KCTCS Pathways. Responsible for facilitating updates to individual existing pathway documents along with creation of new pathways for all University of Louisville majors. Establish clear tracking database that outlines academic and programmatic updates on pathways that occur at KCTCS and University of Louisville. Responsible for creating a database that tracks all programmatic updates as they relate to KCTCS/UofL curricular changes based on catalog updates. Coordinate routine communication with curriculum management stakeholders at UofL and KCTCS to assist with establishment of process that routinely tracks curricular changes of pathway documents. This includes but is not limited to facilitating collaboration between KCTCS Curricular Management team and necessary academic units at UofL. Work as primary point of contact responsible for updating and posting of current and up-to-date Pathway documents to University of Louisville’s Transfer website. Serve as point of contact responsible for ensuring that all updated Pathway documents are also provided to necessary KCTCS web management point person(s). Other duties as assigned to assist ULtra Manager as it relates to KCTCS- UofL Transfer Student population. Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
