Financial Advisory Billing Specialist

We are searching for a seasoned Financial Services Billing expert to engage in our billing operations with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems, extensive experience in the billing process, and a track record of driving efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate must also be an expert who prioritizes integrity, excellence, and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Oversee and execute the financial services billing process.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing procedures and minimize errors.
• Work consistently to implement and evolve billing technology.
• Collaborate with local and corporate accounting teams to reconcile billing and all compensation transactions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial services billing.
• Communicate consistently with field offices and leadership in billing preparation, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel will be 25% to local offices and headquarters when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; and a minimum of two years of customer service experience - OR- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of financial services billing systems is preferred (Orion, SS&C, Advyzon)
• Overall general knowledge of financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance ailing standards is preferred.
• Strong communications, computation, and analysis skills
