The Microsoft Solution Sales Executive (MSSE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and key trends in their assigned geography. The MSSE is responsible for the growth of sales and consumption within the existing customer base and winning new accounts. The MSSE provides territory intelligence and is the critical go-to resource for the Sales team's Microsoft opportunity development. The MSSE identifies, forecasts, and pursues opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to the sales close. The MSSE works daily to prospect, identify key business transformation opportunities, deliver the Connection/Microsoft value proposition including sales, managed/professional services, and customer success to expand consumption of Microsoft services across their customer base. The MSSE develops and maintains strong executive relationships with customers and throughout the IT channel. In conjunction with the Director of Business Development, the Regional VP of Sales, assigned sales team, and other senior management the MSSE develops and executes key digital transformation account strategies to exceed consumption, sales, and profitability quarterly goals and quotas.
