Job Summary

Aptive Resources is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to support our public sector client. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and presenting solutions tailored to our customers' needs and technical requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including program managers and technical peers, to ensure we deliver maximum value to our clients. As the leader of the implementation effort, you will be accountable for delivering architecture designs and solution strategies. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential, along with a willingness to continually learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic personality, are a must. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Preferred public sector experience or extensive experience in implementing multiple Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of significant solution architecture contributions in medium to large enterprises, especially with public sector customers.
  • Lead the implementation, overseeing the delivery of architecture designs and solution strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including application design, architecture, and development.
  • Utilize deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis for major initiatives.
  • Applied knowledge of Salesforce Platform processes, including Sales, Services, and Marketing functions.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide program partners to meet project and program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or proper work experience alternatively.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience.
  • Experience in the IT field focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Will possess strong architecture and design experience, including at least five (5) years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in providing solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, technology, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences for all types of audiences.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the public sector.
  • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approaches.
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural models and their influence on design.
  • Experience deploying solutions that include Sales and Gov Cloud.
  • Proficiency in evaluating Salesforce with third-party solutions.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant).
  • Background in architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
